The most important step – we’ll acquire a clear medical history of your pet and perform a thorough physical examination to better advise the best care for your best friend.
Sterilisation for Cats and Dogs
Our Female Spaying and Male Neutering services are inclusive of our standard Consultation as well as Fluid Therapy. We’ll also monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation heart rate, respiratory rate and temperature.
Routine Cat Vaccination
We offer a range of vaccination and boosters to keep your cat protected from Feline Herpes, Feline Calici, Feline Panleukopenia and Feline Chlamydiosis.
Dental Scaling/Polishing and Extraction.
Our dental hygiene services are inclusive of our standard Consultation as well as Fluid Therapy. We’ll also monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation heart rate, respiratory rate and temperature.
Routine Dog Vaccination
We offer a range of vaccination and boosters to keep your dog protected from Distemper, Parvo, Canine Adenovirus, Canine Parainfluenza and Leptospirosis.
X-rays
Digital radiology helps us investigate internal conditions ranging from fractures to arthritis and zollinger-ellison syndrome.
Blood tests/Diagnostic tests
We have tests for both diagnostic and health screening purposes. Our In-house laboratory, alongside partnerships with local/international laboratories, provide for rapid, comprehensive diagnoses.
Soft Tissue Surgery
Our capabilities include tumour removal, biopsies, bladder surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, pyometra and much more.

Barkway Pet Health is a modern, full-service practice.
Our purpose-built clinic consists of four consultation rooms, a surgery theatre, a dental suite as well as separate cat and dog wards.
We’re equipped with the latest digital x-ray machine and Idexx Vetlab Analysers, for in-house x-rays and blood-work analyses.
